RRScout respects your privacy and takes the protection of your information seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit RRScout.io, AISweep.io, purchase or use an RRScout service, create an account, or otherwise interact with us.

RRScout is an AI-enabled service and may use artificial intelligence tools as part of its analysis, workflow, and preparation of client deliverables.
Information you provide may therefore be processed using AI-enabled systems when reasonably necessary to provide the service. RRScout uses reasonable measures to limit disclosure of confidential client information and selects tools and configurations appropriate to the nature of the information being processed.
Client confidential information is not intentionally submitted to public AI systems for the purpose of training publicly available AI models.
Clients should not provide passwords, authentication credentials, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, protected health information, or other highly sensitive personal information unless RRScout specifically requests that information through an approved secure process.
