Privacy Policy

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Your name, email address, company name, title, and contact information.
• Information submitted when scheduling a consultation, discovery call, or AI Operating Sweep.
• Business information provided through questionnaires, assessments, conversations, uploaded materials, or other interactions with RRScout.
• Account and authentication information necessary to provide access to client workspaces and services.
• Communications you send to us.
• Information necessary to process and administer purchases.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. RRScout does not directly store complete credit card numbers or payment credentials.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you use our websites or applications, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, and similar diagnostic or security information.

We use information to:

• Provide and deliver purchased services.
• Conduct assessments and prepare recommendations and deliverables.
• Create and manage client accounts and workspaces.
• Process and verify transactions.
• Schedule meetings and communicate with clients.
• Provide customer support.
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve RRScout.
• Maintain business and transaction records.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
• Send service-related communications and, where permitted, relevant business communications.

We do not sell client confidential information.

When you purchase a service, you will automatically receive transactional emails related to that purchase — confirmations, scheduling links, and service-related updates. This is a necessary part of fulfilling your order and does not require separate opt-in.

RRScout does not send marketing or promotional emails without your explicit, separate consent, and does not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

RRScout is an AI-enabled service and may use artificial intelligence tools as part of its analysis, workflow, and preparation of client deliverables.

Information you provide may therefore be processed using AI-enabled systems when reasonably necessary to provide the service. RRScout uses reasonable measures to limit disclosure of confidential client information and selects tools and configurations appropriate to the nature of the information being processed.

Client confidential information is not intentionally submitted to public AI systems for the purpose of training publicly available AI models.

Clients should not provide passwords, authentication credentials, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, protected health information, or other highly sensitive personal information unless RRScout specifically requests that information through an approved secure process.

We use third-party service providers to operate and deliver RRScout. These may include providers for:

• Payment processing
• Website hosting and infrastructure
• Database and authentication services
• Email and communications
• Scheduling and calendar services
• AI-enabled technology and analysis
• Security, monitoring, and application operations

These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and contractual obligations.

Current providers may include Stripe, Google, Supabase, Hostinger, Twilio, and other technology providers used in operating RRScout.

RRScout may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for authentication, security, application functionality, preferences, analytics, and site performance.

You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the site or client workspace.

We may disclose information:

• To service providers supporting RRScout operations.
• When necessary to complete a transaction or provide a requested service.
• With your direction or consent.
• To comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process.
• When reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, property, or safety of RRScout, our clients, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, restructuring, or transfer of some or all of our business assets.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate business records, satisfy contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect legitimate business interests.

Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted, anonymized, or securely retained where continued retention is required by law or legitimate business need. We follow the general principle of collecting and retaining only the information reasonably necessary for these purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or disclosure will never occur.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your personal information is used or disclosed.

Residents of jurisdictions with additional privacy rights may exercise those rights without unlawful discrimination.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction of that information, opt out of certain disclosures, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights, to the extent required by the CCPA.

RRScout does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

If RRScout’s practices or legal obligations change in a way that creates additional California-specific disclosure or opt-out requirements, this policy will be updated accordingly.

RRScout provides business services and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will update the effective date shown above.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website, application, or other appropriate means.
